How do I return an item?
From day one my goal has been to provide cyclists with a serious lighting product that will increase your safety on the road by a significant margin. I want you to be completely satisfied with the value of your purchase. Take the light(s) out on the road and run it hard for 30 days and really see what it can do!
If after your "demo" period, you're not convinced that these lights are worth every penny, just send them back for a full refund (no ridiculous re-stocking fees). My only request is that there be no obvious dings in the housing or lens cover (dirt is OK, as they are easily cleaned to like-new condition).

• If you need to return your light for warranty work, DesignShine will ONLY cover the repair and return shipping. Shipping TO DesignShine as well as all additional costs incurred upon return of the repaired item, including duty taxes, customs fees, etc. are the sole responsibility of the customer.
